A law graduate from the Faculty of Law at  the University of Warsaw; dealing with advising in the scope of the public procurements law since 2004, in particular with drawing up the drafts of legal opinions, the assessment of tender documentation in formal and legal terms, supervising  substantive proceedings pending, participation in  negotiations (both on the part of the contracting party and the contractor), legal representation in proceedings pending before Arbitration Panels/the National Appeal Chamber at the Public Procurement Office, giving trainings in the scope of the Public Procurement Law Act  both for contractors and  contracting parties.
