Małgorzata Hipsz



A Member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2007. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies – the University of Cambridge.

She has gained experience in the corporation of Baker McKenzie Gruszczyński i Wspólnicy Kancelaria prawna S.k., as well as in smaller law firms in Poland and abroad. 

She is a specialist in the scope of the corporate service  of entities, investments, and the contract law. She runs and supervises investment projects including the ones connected with  selling enterprises, their assets, real estate properties or shares or stocks. She supports and represents foreign investors in taking up, organizing, and conducting activity on the Polish market, and  Polish entrepreneurs in building a distribution network abroad and negotiating international agreements. 

Many years of her cooperation with the clients operating on the market of aesthetic medicine and wellness have resulted in the excellent knowledge of the legal issues of this market and in the skill of applying solutions that are efficient for the clients. She is also connected with the market of domestic  film productions, where she represents the interests of producers and investors.

Moreover, she specializes in the legal issues concerning  real estate properties not in the scope of assessing the legal status of a real estate property with investments and establishing collaterals on real estate properties only but also in connection with  the legal service of entities dealing with the lease of commercial space, the management of real estate properties and condominiums, and   performing the function of a mortgage administrator.
