Małgorzata Hipsz gained experience in the Baker McKenzie corporation, as well as in number of boutique law firms in Poland and abroad. Since 2011, she has been practicing within the own law firm, providing legal services for business entities, including companies with foreign capital.

​

For years, she provides legal support to owners, management boards of companies and managers in the field of current business issues, its planning, organization and security. She is a specialist of corporate services for business entities, as well as drawing up and negotiating contracts. Parallelly,  she holds a position of the Head of Legal Department at operating on a global scale MATEX LAB Capital Group.

By her career, she was leading and supervising many investment projects, including acquisition of companies, their assets, shares or stocks, as well as the commercialization of technology or financing of movie productions.

Małgorzata Hipsz professionally supports and represents foreign investors entering the Polish market but also Polish entrepreneurs in building a foreign distribution network and negotiating cross-border contracts. Her long-term cooperation with clients who act as producers or distributors of products, including medical devices and diet supplements, has resulted in practical knowledge of international sales and distribution regulations, protection of intellectual property rights as well as marketing and advertising of products. Providing legal service for the beauty & fitness and aesthetic medicine industry gave her the certain experience and in the consequence the ability to efficiently and practically solve legal problems of the clients operating in this branch.

Part of her professional career was also dedicated to the real estate legal issues, not only in connection with due diligence of the properties’ current legal status, lead on request of investors and representing them in the process of acquiring or taking over real estate, but also in connection with legal services for companies dealing in rental of commercial space or real estate management as well as homeowners’ associations.
