Legal Counsel since 2013, member of the Poznan District Bar Association. Graduate of Law faculty at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in PoznaÅ„. Completed a postgraduate studies of Intellectual Property Law (2019) at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and postgraduate studies of „Personal data protection and ICT security in business" at the University of Economics in PoznaÅ„ (2018).

Since 2019, a partner in a consulting and training company dealing with the management of PSF (professional service firms).

Katarzyna Sęk legally helps business, including foreign entities. She deals with economic matters from the contractual point of view, with particular emphasis on intellectual property law, where she has gained a rich and interesting practice. She gained experience in law firms in Poland and abroad, but also as in-house lawyer in a consulting and training company.

As part of her practice, she learned that apart from believing in her own intellect and abilities, people are also important, especially effective communication with them. Hence her fascination with psychometric tools that make it possible to identify and locate talents in the work environment.

A scholarship holder of the annual Socrates/Erasmus program in Padova, Italy (2005/2006), International Business and Trade Summer Law Program organized by the Columbus School of Law of the Catholic University of America in Washington, authorized by the American Bar Association (in English) in 2007, A scholarship holder of the Leonardo program in Rome, as part of which she completed an internship at the Pavia e Ansaldo Law Firm in Rome (2007/2008). Katarzyna Sęk acted as a speaker at an international conference organized by the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno "Cofola Conference for Young Lawyers" (2011) - lecture in English on domain piracy in Poland "Cybersquatting and resolving of domain name disputes in Poland "(2011).
